1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Venom Symbiote Experience, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Use of Photos

You are only permitted to upload photos of YOURSELF for which you own the copyright. You are not allowed to upload photos of others, photos containing individuals under 18 years old, or photos you do not own the rights to. Nude or pornographic photos are strictly prohibited.

3. Data Collection and Usage

We collect and use the following data:

• Your photo
• Email address
• Phone number

This data is used solely for rendering your Venom style poster and for result and model evaluation. We do not use your photos for model training.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your uploaded photo will be deleted within 72 hours (3x24 hours) after the completion of your Venom style poster. We do not retain your photos beyond this period.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.

6. User Rights

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us at hello@rupa.ai.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for any discomfort or dissatisfaction you may experience with the results of your Venom style poster. Use of our service is at your own risk.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purposes or in any way that violates these terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
